How to Activate Your License Key in PromptOrganizer

If you’ve received a license key for PromptOrganizer by email, you can activate it quickly and easily through the app’s licensing dialog. Here’s how it works:

How to Activate

1. Open the Sidebar

2. Open the Licensing Dialog in the app.

3. Click the “Activate license key” button.

4. Copy your license key from the confirmation email you received with your order.

5. Enter your license key into the input field provided and click the “Activate” button.

Important Activation Details

Before you confirm, make sure of the following:

• Your license key can’t already be active on more than 2 other devices.

If any of these requirements aren’t met, the app will show you a clear error message explaining what needs to be fixed. If you need further assistance, please contact support.

Confirmation

Once your activation is successful:

• You’ll see a success message confirming it.
• Your installation will then be fully licensed and ready to use.
• All your prompts, configurations, and images created during the trial period will be kept after activating your license key — nothing gets lost.
